Protocols used on the application layer (DNS, SMTP, POP, FTP, HTTP). An introduction to Wi-Fi. Depending on the number of available positions, candidates who score well enough on the CBT may be invited to take a computerized typing exam for the position of upper division clerk, or a stenography ability test for the positions of stenographer, grade I and stenographer, grade II.
