CUET-UG application deadline extended again, check new date here

The National Testing Agency (NTA) announced on Sunday that the deadline for CUET-UG application has extended for the second time. The new deadline to apply for the CUET-UG 2024 examination is April 5, 2024.

According to the NTA announcement, candidates have the opportunity to submit their online application form for CUET-(UG) 2024 until 9:50 pm on April 5th. Initially set for March 26th, the original deadline for online submission extended to March 31st. Now, the deadline has further extended by 5 days.

The deadline for submitting the application form online has extended until 9:50 PM on April 5, 2024, in response to requests from candidates and stakeholders,” stated Sadhana Parashar, NTA’s Senior Director (Exams). What is the CUET-UG 2024 exam?

The examination is slated to occur from May 15 to May 31, encompassing various central, state, deemed, and private universities across the country. The National Testing Agency (NTA) administers the entrance test for undergraduate programs at diverse central universities and other institutions. Likewise, students aspiring for post-graduate courses must participate in a corresponding examination, CUET-PG, conducted by the NTA.

Hybrid examination format for CUET-UG 2024

In contrast to a standardized examination format, such as offline or online mode, the CUET-UG 2024 test employs both computer-based and pen-and-paper modes for different subjects. Officials indicate that subjects with significant registration numbers will undergo pen-and-paper testing utilizing optical mark recognition (OMR), while others will proceed with computer-based testing.

– Complete the registration process by entering essential information such as name, parents’ details, email ID, phone number, address, etc.
– Set up a password for your account.
– Log in using your credentials after creating a password.
– Provide your educational background and personal information.

– Upload required documents like a passport-size photo and signature.
– Pay the application fee.
– Once payment is made, submit the application form.
