Educational Qualification

• The applicants must have a passing grade in 10+2 (Senior Secondary) from any recognized school board.

Relaxation up to the eleventh pass:

• Only Delhi Police buglers, bandsmen, drivers, mounted constables, dispatch riders, etc.
• Sons of active, retired & deceased police officers, including Delhi Police Multi-Tasking Staff.

Age Criteria

The applicants must be between the ages of 18 years to 25 years. Only the following circumstances will allow for a relaxation of the aforementioned higher age limit: –

• Up to a maximum of five years for applicants who fall under the Scheduled Tribe category or Scheduled Caste.
• Age relaxation of up to 3 years for an applicant from the OBC category.
• For athletes who have competed for their country or a state at the national or international level within the last 3 years, up to a maximum of five years from the last date of receipt of online registration.
• For departmental applicants of the Delhi Police, a relaxation of the upper age limit is permitted up to 40 years for the UR category, 43 years for OBC, and 45 years for SCs/STs.
• Sons of active retired, or deceased police officers or members of the Delhi Police’s Multi-Tasking Staff are eligible for age relaxation of up to 29 years.

Important Requirements

For the position of Const. (Exe.) Male in the Delhi Police, applicants must have a current LMV driving license as of the date of PE&MT. A learner’s permit is inadmissible.
