The selection process for SBI Specialist Cadre Officer Recruitment 2022 is not tiresome. For regular basis posts, the procedure involves a written test and an interview. For contractual basis posts, candidates are shortlisted by the recruitment cell and then interviewed.
For contractual posts in the Wealth Management Business Unit, candidates are shortlisted based on the essential qualifications. They, then, are asked to go through rounds of personal, telephonic or video interviews. When finalised, CTC negotiation takes place.
Eligibility Criteria - SBI Specialist Cadre Officer Recruitment 2022
There are a number of posts available in SBI SCO. Eligibility criteria varies for most of them. Qualification for regular and contractual basis posts is as follows:
- The basic qualification for regular and contractual basis posts is to hold a degree of BE/ Btech or MCA or Mtech/ MSc (in the relevant field) from a recognized university of India.
- A candidate with certification in the relevant field shall be preferred over others.
- A candidate who qualifies the basic qualification should have the required work experience of 2 to 7 years in the relevant field.
- Along with this, if you possess any soft skills related to the post you are applying for, preference shall be given.
Eligibility criteria for vacancies in the Wealth Management Business Unit is a graduate degree from any government recognized university or institution. If qualified, the candidate must also possess work experience of 5 to 12 years.
For regular basis recruitments, B. Tech or B.E./ M.Tech or M.E. in Computer Science/IT/Data Science/Machine Learning and AI with 60% marks or equivalent grade is required. Post qualification, 3 to 5 years of experience is necessary.
